Acceptance of terms

Use of WebRul tools
WebRul provides a range of online tools. Depending on the tool, you may be able to:

By using WebRul tools, you understand and agree that:

Prohibited use

For User Content:
- You retain the ownership rights you already have in your User Content.

- You grant WebRul only the permissions necessary to provide the Service you have requested.
Third-party services and links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, which may include categories such as hosting providers, APIs, analytics providers, payment providers, advertising providers, authentication services, and external websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and fees. WebRul is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.
Accuracy and results
Results generated by our Services, including WebRul tools, may not always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should review outputs carefully before relying on them, and independently verify anything important.
In particular:
- SEO tools do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
- Calculators are intended for general informational purposes and should be independently verified where accuracy matters.
- File conversions (including PDF and image tools) may not preserve every element or formatting detail perfectly.
- Developer tools are provided as-is; you should review any generated or transformed code before using it.
- Tool outputs are not professional legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
Availability and changes
WebRul may:
- Update the Services.
- Change or remove features.
- Add new functionality.
- Temporarily suspend Services for maintenance or other reasons.
- Restrict access where reasonably necessary.
We do not promise uninterrupted or always-available Services. Changes may be made to improve performance, security, functionality, or business operations.

- Specific business, marketing, SEO, revenue, traffic, or conversion outcomes.
- That the Services will meet every user's specific needs or expectations.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebRul and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer protections.
