Do widgets and history sync across dashboards?

Favorites and widget pins are global. History entries are tagged by dashboard so each dashboard shows only its own activity — with a global export available on the hub.

Are widgets accurate for professional use?

Every widget uses the same Universal Converter Engine that powers our full converter tools — deterministic factor + offset math, IEEE-754 rounding, and validated non-negative constraints where required.

Can I use this offline?

Yes. Every dashboard is fully offline-first — no external APIs are called for calculations. Installing the app to your home screen keeps it available with no network.

Do these calculators need an internet connection?

No. Every scientific, algebra, statistics, geometry, matrix, and vector calculator runs 100% client-side using pure math engines. Nothing is uploaded, cached, or logged, and the tools keep working once the page has loaded.

How precise are the results?

Every engine uses a shared Precision Engine that eliminates floating-point drift and formats extreme magnitudes with scientific notation. You can pick 0–15 decimal places on the scientific calculator.

Which functions does the Scientific Calculator support?

Standard operators (+, −, ×, ÷, ^, %, !), parentheses, constants (π, e, τ), and functions sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, sinh, cosh, tanh, log, log2, ln, exp, sqrt, cbrt, abs, floor, ceil, round, sign, mod, and pow — with a Degrees/Radians toggle.

Can I export or print my results?

Yes. Every calculator produces Markdown, CSV, JSON, and plain-text artifacts you can copy, download, print, or share — including step-by-step formula reports.

Which formulas back the results?

Molar masses use IUPAC 2021 standard atomic weights, gas law uses R = 8.314462618 J/(mol·K), Coulomb constant k_e = 8.9875517873681764 × 10⁹, and Avogadro N_A = 6.02214076 × 10²³ — all CODATA 2018 values shown in each report.

Can I use hydrates and parentheses?

Yes. The formula parser accepts nested parentheses (Ca(OH)2, Fe2(SO4)3) and hydrate notation (CuSO4·5H2O or CuSO4.5H2O).

Are calculations offline?

Every calculator runs 100% client-side. The periodic table (Z 1–118) is embedded in the bundle — no API keys or network requests.

Can I export or print my results?

Yes — Markdown, CSV, JSON, and plain-text artifacts are generated for every run, with a print-friendly layout.

Which unit system do the calculators use?

SI throughout — metres, kilograms, seconds, newtons, joules, pascals, volts. Where mixed units are common (rpm, degrees, cm optics) the input labels state the unit explicitly.

What value of g do you use?

Standard gravity g = 9.80665 m/s² by default, editable per calculator so you can model any planet or elevation.

How precise are the results?

Physical constants are CODATA 2018. Results are formatted with 4–6 significant figures and switch to scientific notation for very small or very large magnitudes.

Do these calculators require an internet connection?

No — every physics engine is pure JavaScript running in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, cached, or logged.
